I’m sitting in a hotel room in Atlanta, just ate some room service, and now am watching Sportscenter. We have practice in a little bit but just wanted to drop you guys a line. The Magic got our 50th win of the season last night, which is quite an accomplishment. I feel blessed to be on such a good team. We are locked into the third seed in the Eastern Conference and are just trying to finish the remaining two games in a strong fashion. It’s always important to head into the postseason playing your best basketball- and we hit a rough stretch the last week or so. But if we can win these last two games and head into the Playoffs with some momentum then that would be great for our team.
I got a chance to watch a good bit of the Masters this weekend. I have to say I am impressed with Trevor Immelman. His ball-striking was superb. My favorite Masters moment was Tiger’s famous chip-in to seal the 2005 Masters. I can remember sitting in my dorm room at Duke and going crazy when he made that. I hadn’t even started playing golf yet but I was already a huge Tiger fan. How can you not be? His work ethic, focus, intensity, and will are impeccable. Any athlete can sit back and admire what he’s done. It makes it kind of cool now that he lives a mile from me and I’ve gotten to know Tiger a little bit.
Other than that, all is well. I have some really cool pics from our Charity Gala that I want to put on the site but I’m having some trouble getting them on here. I also have a video I’m going to put up when I get back from the road. Ok, y’all be good. I’m running out of creative top-5 ideas so please send me some suggestions. Respect.

hey.. we love JJ Redick out here.. My b/f has been a fan of duke since he was like 5. And you are his all time favorite. We name our son “JJ Redick Kenji Makoa” yup thats his whole name. well keep it up, and no worries you will get your playing time soon enough.. can you get traded to the spurs, you would do great there..hehe good luck with your golf game im sure tiger can give you some pointers.. much love and aloha

how’s your brother doing? Glad to see the Magic is finally agreeing to trade you — IMO they are the losers not to use you more over the past 2 yrs. Hopefully another team won’t be so (&^(&^*(&^*(&^*&^!! I’m glad the team made the playoffs, but still disappointed you aren’t on the floor. Anyway, you have two VERY fond fans here on the east coast forever!!
